What You Can Expect

At our initial meeting, we’ll discuss your needs, assess your current situation, and issue a letter of engagement that confirms the details of our discussion.  We’ll also request your written consent to proceed in preparing formal advice.

We’ll work with you to complete a client needs analysis to examine your short-, medium- and long-term financial requirements, which helps us establish the scope of advice. It’s vital you provide us with accurate information during this step.

We’ll then develop a comprehensive statement of advice that covers the services to be provided, together with our recommended actions, a full list of fees and charges, options for ongoing services, and other relevant information.

If you choose to accept our recommendations and engage our ongoing services, we’ll thoroughly implement the agreed actions and undertake regular reviews to keep you informed.
